1. Results Based Accountability (2 hours)
"Trying hard is not enough". The RBA-method is an effective strategy for politicians, professionals and volunteers to achieve measurable outcomes and results. Experience how you can get from talk to action!

2. Networking

"Knowledge is power, knowing people is more power." In this workshop we generate knowledge and tools to enlarge your network. Resulting in more meaningful contacts for yourself and the immigrants you are supporting.

3. Coaching on employment: The South Fynen model compared to the Czech model

The Danish government states that it is "beyond doubt that work is the key to successful integration". Most immigrants agree. In this workshop the Danish and the Czech road to employment will be compared and the participants can discuss which way is right.

4. Refugees and work

Refugees want to work, but if they are traumatized this may be difficult. Arcus is specialized in assistance to traumatized refugees who want to find a job. In this workshop you can discuss the possibilities and problems.

5. Working with volunteers

"Support of volunteers is worth more than professional help." "A volunteer is a professional who costs nothing." "Involving volunteers speeds up and improves the process of integration." "Every migrant has a right to get professional help." What do YOU think? Discuss these issues with volunteers and migrants.

6. Making choices

Experience how migrants can make choices in a 'new' environment; be aware of taking responsibility for their lives; learn to operate in a culture that expects choices to be made; learn to take steps in planning their lives; renew confidences in a foreign country.

7. Training in intercultural communication

The basis of all integration is intercultural communication. In this workshop you can practice the role of coach with a client from another cultural background.

8. Rap (2 hours)

Rap is a music style which unites people from all different ethnic backgrounds. Rappers battle with their mike and lyrics and not with their fists. In this workshop you can learn the basics of rap.
